Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

No Medical Advice; Assumption of Risk

Peak Protocol provides fitness, nutrition, and appearance-optimization tracking tools, educational content, and an AI-powered coaching feature (the “AI Coach”) for general informational and educational purposes only.

The App, its content, and the AI Coach do not constitute medical, psychological, dietary, or professional advice of any kind. No content within the App should be construed as a recommendation to use any supplement, compound, medication, or substance, nor as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before beginning any new diet, exercise, or supplementation regimen.

Certain sections of the App discuss compounds and substances, including but not limited to performance-enhancing substances, for harm-reduction and informational purposes only. The inclusion of such information does not constitute an endorsement, prescription, or recommendation of use. You must be 18 years or older to access this content, and you acknowledge that use of such substances carries inherent legal and health risks that you assume entirely on your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Protocol and its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to injury, illness, death, financial loss, or emotional distress — arising from or related to your use of the App, reliance on its content, the AI Coach’s responses, or any action or decision made based on information provided within the App.

By creating an account and using Peak Protocol, you affirmatively agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all risk associated with your use of this App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to access another user’s data, reverse-engineering the App, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content and data you submit remain yours, but you’re responsible for what you post or log.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any account that violates these Terms or applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including the disclaimers and limitations of liability above) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
