• Health, fitness, and nutrition data — food and workout logs, protocol and compound entries, body stats, and any other data you choose to log.
• Usage data — how you interact with the App, device and diagnostic information, and AI Coach conversation history.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the App’s tracking and coaching features.
• Personalize the AI Coach’s responses based on the data you provide.
• Compute derived scores and insights, such as your Peak Score.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App over time.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, health data, or usage data to third parties, ever.

Data Processing & Hosting

Peak Protocol uses Supabase as its data processor and host for authentication and database storage. Every row in our database is protected by row-level security and is readable only by your account. Supabase processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

Your Rights

You can export a copy of your data as JSON, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile and every log — nutrition, workouts, protocol, and everything else tied to your account.

Cookies & Tracking (Web)

The web portal uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
